Hi, I’m Adria
Adria Sophia Melichar (she/her)
TEDx speaker on fueling your dreams without burning out | Host of AuDHD Sparks | Coach to late-identified AuDHD women
I spent over a decade coaching quiet, introverted, and neurodivergent leaders before I understood why so many of them were drawn to me: I was AuDHD too, I just didn’t have the language yet.
After my own late identification, my work sharpened toward this specific lens — helping AuDHD women stop trying to fix themselves and start building lives that actually fit.
The throughline hasn’t changed: using your voice and showing up, without changing who you are.
Talking Points
Some of what I love to talk about…
-
Most AuDHD conversations frame it as internal conflict — two forces pulling in opposite directions. I make the case for a different read: it’s not paradox, it’s discernment, finely tuned enough to read a room before anyone speaks.
-
AuDHD isn’t new and it isn’t a flaw — it’s ancestral. A reframe that unshames neurodivergence by connecting it to lineage instead of pathology.
-
The real work isn’t fixing yourself to fit your life. It’s redesigning your environment, your relationships, your rhythms — until your life actually fits the brain you have.

What I Bring
Speaking Style
Grounded and direct, not performative. I bring both the practical and the felt — real frameworks, held with warmth, without ever needing to perform certainty I don't have. Good fit for conversations that want depth over hype.
